However, shells can accumulate more metals than other aquatic animals. Based on Hanum, F' s research (2017), showed that starfruit juice can eliminate Plumbum content in boiled mussels. This needs to be known by the community from the aspect of chemical safety given the high level of heavy metal pollution in waters in Aceh. The community service activity took place for 2 days at the Balee Pengajian Alue Deah Teungoh Village in Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh. The target activity is 40 residents. Based on the results of the activity it can be concluded that the counseling and demonstration of Plumbum testing has been able to improve the knowledge and skills of participants in the technique of processing boiled mussels as a favorite family snack. The aim of community service is to provide continuous training in making instant powder of Dayak onions with the specified standards so as to produce quality and worthy instant powder. The method of implementation includes licensing and introductions with the PKK of Air Putih village, the provisioning of Dayak onion planting and post-harvest technology, material on the technique of sorting the instant formula of dayak onions, making instant onions, the material and practice of packaging instant preparations. licensing and sales of Dayak onions, which are packed with counseling materials and brochures. For the manufacture of Onion Dayak Instant preparations in the UMKT Natural Materials Chemistry laboratory. Instant Onion Dayak preparations have the right formula so that it is suitable for use in household scale production processes. The ingredients are Dayak onions, granulated sugar, palm sugar, cinnamon and orange leaves. Cinnamon and orange leaves are used as a scent on preparations. Such treatment needs to be carried out appropriately, so that people need clear information in determining the type and amount of drugs to be used rationally and how to use them properly. To be able to increase the understanding of Pharmaceutical Technical Workers in providing self-medicating vitamins as a booster for the immune system during the Covid 19 pandemic, community service was carried out by holding online webinars about vitamin giving material and its classification and characteristics of vitamins, as well as reminding about dosages, indications, side effects and the dangers of overuse of vitamins. We can be infected when we breathe the air containing the virus, we are too close to people who are already infected with COVID-19. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct outreach to the public regarding health protocols to prevent and control the transmission of covid-19. The Baitul Arief Orphanage, which is located in the middle of the city and a densely populated area, has 85 foster children who have activities both from foster children and activities from guests and donors who come and go. To prevent foster children from contracting COVID-19 by changing their lifestyle in accordance with government regulations, it is necessary to conduct Health Protocol Covid-19 Prevention and Control Counseling. The methods of implementing these activities include location surveys, presenting initiatives, implementing Covid-19 Health Protocol counseling, handing over hand washing equipment from the UBK community service team, 6-step hand washing practice with soap for, ordering the covid task force at an orphanage, and evaluation. Activities are documented and published through social media and mass media and journals. The results of education and evaluation of written tests increase children's knowledge and understanding as prevention and control of Covid-19. The lowest average score for foster children with elementary education level and the highest score for foster children with tertiary education. The existence of the Covid-19 Task Force in the form of an orphanage contributes to changes in behavior and builds self-awareness for foster children at the Baitul Arief orphanage in Bandung City. Suryanda (2016) reported that the application of cupping in the nursing care of a hypertensive client provides comfort and reduces neck pain complaints to the client. PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN HANDMADE SOAP METODE DINGIN PADA ANGGOTA PKK GUNUNG KELUA KOTA SAMARINDA Sukawaty, Yullia Warnida, Husnul Handmade soap PKK community Soap workshop We are using soap to remove dirt and bacteria in the skin. Traditionally, soap is made from vegetable oils and lye with simple home tools like pan and stove. Materials for handmade soap is not expensive and easily available, but it gives us a luxury bath.  The reaction between fatty acid and lye in soap produces glycerin, a good humectant, to keep our skin supple and moist. Commercial soap manufacturer make it a practice to remove the glycerin that is produces during the saponification process. Hence, handmade soap does not dried out skin, like the commercial soap product. This activity aimed to (1) sharing information about PKK community in Gunung Kelua RT.37, and (2) to teach the community how to make a handmade soap with cheap materials that easily available. This activity used dialog method to discuss the benefit of soaps, soap materials, and sop-making practice. The practice of making soap is demonstrated in front of audience, and many audiences had a hand in practice. This activity then evaluated. The method used in this community service is lectures and questions and answers about the Selection and Use of Safe Face Whitening Cream Cosmetics. However, the vaccination process has been accompanied by an increase false information that can lead to the decrease of public acceptance. Therefore, public education strengthening is a key concerns to succed the vaccination program. This was a report of  public education strengthening activity conducted in April 2021 aimed to increase public awareness about Covid-19 vaccination program. There were 34 highschool students joined in the event. The result showed after joining the events 14,7% of students who refuse to support vaccinated program claim thet they are ready for vaccination. In conclusion, continuity in public education strengthening is essential to increase public acceptance about Covid-19 vaccination. The increasing number of Covid-19 cases can be seen from the example of a village in the city of Bandung, namely Cimekar Village which has recorded 50 cases with the impact of 1 person dying, 1 person being treated and 48 people doing self-isolation (ISOMAN). Judging from the many cases of self-isolation in Cimekar Village, therefore, the author wants to conduct a study on public knowledge of how to treat Covid-19 with pharmacological therapy. In this scientific paper, the writing method that the author uses is a comparative study in which the author gives a pretest, then delivers a webinar with the title Covid-19 Pharmacological Therapy to Isoman patients, without symptoms and mild symptoms. After that, we did a pretest and posttest. Activities are documented and published through mass media, social media and journal articles. Webinar results and written test evaluations increase Knowledge and understanding of the application of Covid-19 pharmacological therapy. The average value for the pretest is 7.97 and the average value for the posttest is 8.06 from the average result, the partners experience a change in value or increase in value where the posttest average value is 8.06. In this community service activity, education was carried out to 17 participants from senior high school student. The activity was carried out at the Palir village hall with 36 socialization participants. Before and after the socialization activities, residents filled out questionnaires on how to plant and use bitter plants. This activity was carried out using the presentation method, playing videos on how to make simplicia and making herbal medicine, question and answer discussions, pasting and distributing brochures at residents' homes and the meeting hall, and distributing bitter plant seeds to the community. The community did not know how to plant and use bitter plants before the PKM activities were carried out but after the socialization activities, there was an increase in the percentage of residents' knowledge about planting and using bitter plants. Education on Drug Classification and "DAGUSIBU", is one of the efforts that can be done in increasing public knowledge, when people are doing their own treatment. This education was attended by 40 participants from the Taklim Mujahidin Council and Madrasah Aliyah students from the Al Amin Orphanage Foundation-South Tangerang. This education is carried out through interactive delivery of material accompanied by a demonstration of the packaging of over-the-counter drugs, limited free medicines prescription drugs including narcotics, followed by a question and answer session or discussion. From the results of the Pre and Post test, it can be seen that there is an increase in knowledge of about 20%, from 50.5% to 69.8% (∞ 70%). Mendongkrak Imunitas dari Pekarangan Rumah Hasanah, Kurniatul Septiani, Dia Maulina, Devi Putri, Dwi Kurnia Lakoan, Milda Rianty Covid-19 Herb Immunity Pandemic Pandemi virus corona menyebabkan banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Gizi yang baik juga sangat penting sebelum, selama dan setelah infeksi. Infeksi menyebabkan tubuh korban menjadi demam, sehingga membutuhkan tambahan energi dan zat gizi. Oleh karena itu, menjaga pola makan yang sehat sangat penting selama pandemi ini. Meskipun tidak ada makanan atau suplemen makanan yang dapat mencegah infeksi Covid-19, mempertahankan pola makan gizi seimbang yang sehat sangat penting dalam meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh yang baik. Meski vaksin untuk mencegah virus Corona sudah didistribusikan, namun menjaga kesehatan supaya tidak tertular dari virus Corona perlu dilakukan. Salah satu upaya untuk menghindari paparan virus Corona dan menjaga imun tubuh supaya bisa tetap sehat serta fit adalah dengan mengkonsumsi bahan-bahan alami asli Indonesia yang bisa kita peroleh dari lingkungan sekitar. Masyarakat diharapkan mampu mengetahui mekanisme infeksi dan kaitannya dengan imunitas tubuh manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemaparan materi tentang mekanisme infeksi dan kaitannya dengan imunitas tubuh manusia serta mengenal herbal asli Indonesia untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dan cara menanam herbal secara sederhana di pekarangan rumah yang dilengkapi dengan demonstrasi cara mengolah herbal dan metode pembuatan pupuk dari sampah organik (metode takakura). Target dan luaran dari akhir kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan wawasan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat sehingga mengetahui mekanisme infeksi dan kaitannya dengan imunitas tubuh manusia, mengetahui herbal asli Indonesia yang bisa digunakan untuk menjaga imunitas tubuh serta cara mengolahnya sehingga bisa dibuat sendiri di rumah, dan pembuatan pupuk dari sampah organik yang berasal dari sampah rumah tangga (metode takakura). Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang target dan luaran dari akhir dari kegiatan ini, yaitu peningkatan pencapaian nilai pengetahuan 100 poin peserta pada pretest dan postest dari 119 peserta (21,25%) menjadi 297 peserta (49,42%), atau meningkat sebanyak 28,17%. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi kekhawatiran masyarakat terhadap penularan virus covid-19 dengan memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat mengenai infeksi dan imunitas tubuh manusia. Selain itu kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dan memberikan inspirasi kepada masyarakat dalam menurunkan derajat kejenuhan karena harus tetap berada di rumah dalam melaksanakan rutinitas sehari-hari dengan melakukan kegiatan pembuatan pupuk dari sampah organik (metode Takakura) secara sederhana dengan bahan dan alat yang mudah didapat di dalam rumah. There are several problems with conventional medicine, including side effects, high drug resistance, and higher prices, which have created a prolonged economic situation that has hit Indonesia. One solution that can be done in maintaining health conditions is using family medicinal plants. The purpose of family medicinal plants is that they can be used  as  an  alternative  to  conventional medicine that is easy to find, no money to buy and without the need to come to a health facility. The implementation of education and utilization of family medicinal plants was carried out in RW 05 and RW 06, Cibiru Hilir Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The number of participants in this activity involved 60 people (men and women) with an age range of 20 to 50 years, consisting of 30 people from RW 05 and 30 people from RW 06. The methods used in this activity were conducting pre-tests, counseling activities, post test, and delivery of medicinal plant seeds to residents. Peran Tenaga Kefarmasian dalam Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis (TBC) Chusun, Chusun poppy, Indrianti Nuha, Nabila Tuberculosis Medication adherence Tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a chronic disease, where the key to successful treatment is patient compliance. The estimated TB case in Indonesia in 2020 is 845,000 (eight hundred and forty five thousand) which is the second largest case in the world after India.The purpose of this webinar is to assist government programs in TB control and at the same time to remind that the active role of pharmacists is needed by the community / sufferers.The webinar was attended by 207 participants, of which 88.4% were women and 11.6% were men. Most of the participants (68.1%) were between 20 – 30 years old. The material is delivered through power point media.In the question and answer session/ discussion, some of the questions were theoretical in nature, this is probably because most of the participants were graduates of Diploma Three in Pharmacy, maybe even still students. Another factor that caused the participants to be less enthusiastic about asking questions was the role of pharmacists or perhaps the pharmaceutical technical personnel themselves in the TB control team, generally only as team members.At the end of the session participants were asked to fill out a post test and evaluation questionnaire via google form, but there were still 53.6% of participants who did not understand that drug counseling could be done via telepharmacy and 31.4% did not know about the BCG immunization program in infants. Evaluation of participant satisfaction is assessed from the average percentage of the number of answers stating "very good" and "good", which is 97.65% of participants stating they are satisfied.The activity evaluation questionnaire was tested for validity and declared valid because all questions were greater than r table, namely 0.3120, with a significance of 0.05. The reliability test also shows a reliable questionnaire which can be seen from the Cronbach's Alpha value which is greater than the constant value, which is 0.916. The constant value is 0.600. The use of traditional medicine has long been carried out since ancient times. Traditional medicine is widely used for the treatment of hypertension, cholesterol, antidiabetic, cancer, diarrhea and so on. One of the traditional medicines that is often used in the community is celery leaf which is efficacious as antihypertensive and cholesterol-lowering. The purpose of this community service is for participants to know how to make celery leaf infusion in accordance with the requirements for making infusions, to know the profile of blood sugar, cholesterol levels and to educate the public by providing counseling about hypertension, cholesterol and family medicinal plants to the people of Tengah Village, Pancur Batu District. The method used is by distributing questionnaires before and after counseling to determine the level of public knowledge about hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, family medicinal plants and how to make infusions. Of the 20 participants who were checked for blood sugar (KGD) and cholesterol levels, the results obtained: 4 participants had normal fasting blood sugar levels, 9 participants had prediabetes, 7 participants had diabetes, 7 participants had normal blood cholesterol, 9 participants had blood cholesterol at the limit. 4 participants had high blood cholesterol. The level of public knowledge about hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, family medicinal plants and making infusions before counseling was done was quite good with a score of 60.71% and after counseling was good with a score of 92.85% It can be concluded that 20% of participants had normal KGD, 45% prediabetes, 35% diabetes, 35% of participants had normal blood cholesterol, 45% had high cholesterol, 20% had high blood cholesterol and the level of public knowledge increased from good enough to good after counseling. Edukasi Dan Pemeriksaan Boraks Dengan Bahan Alami Pada Jajanan Sekolah Menengah Atas Mamay, Mamay Sulhan, Muhammad Hadi Ananda, Riki Borax Natural Material Curcuma Longa Rhododendron Concina Borax is a food additive which is prohibited from being used in food. Toxic effects of borax have been found to be harmful to human health. This compound is still widely abused in food samples. Detection of the presence of borax in the sample can be done with the use of natural materials. This community service aims to provide education that can increase the understanding of high school student participants about the dangers of borax and the identification with natural indicator such as turmeric (Curcuma longa), azalea flowers (Rhododendron concina) and red soka flower (Ixora auminta). The method used in the form of counseling and training on borax detection in samples with test paper from turmeric extract, azalea flower extract and red soka flower extract. In the implementation of the service, it was found that there was a change in understanding of borax and its toxic effects from 58% to 96% of science class students and 27% to 87% of social studies students. In the borax examination training, 92% of science student participants and 88% of social studies students were able to perform an examination with natural ingredients using test paper of turmeric extract, azalea flower, red soka flower. The impact of its use can be either positive or negative for the community. This community service activity uses the educational socialization method by conducting counseling and demonstrations on how to make a dragon fruit peel formalin spray kit as a simple way to identify formalin in food. The purpose of this community service is to find out whether waste from dragon fruit peel can be used as a test tool for the formalin content of food preparations in food preparations. Indonesia is currently in the second-highest position in the world. Efforts to break the chain of TB in the community require capacity building for cadres as the spearhead in finding and assisting people with TB. The involvement of cadres in TB control programs can be realized through the provision of training. The purpose of cadre refreshment training is to provide understanding and skills for cadres in carrying out case-finding activities and treatment assistance for TB patients. The method used in this activity consists of teaching, simulation, field practice, and continuous evaluation. This training was attended by 45 cadres from 18 areas of the YABHYSA SSR intervention health center Sumenep. Cadre participants consist of 85% women and 15% men and most of them are at the productive age of 89%. Food sources of carbohydrates with a low glycemic index (GI) can control blood sugar levels. GI is the rate at which food is absorbed into blood glucose. Purple sweet potato has a low GI so it is suitable as an alternative source of carbohydrates. Different cooking processes can affect the GI of the purple sweet potato, the frying technique produces the lowest GI compared to the boiling or baking technique. The manufacture of hybrid purple sweet potato flour is able to replace the use of wheat flour for processed food products. Hybrid purple sweet potato flour can increase the antioxidant content. As the capital city of East Borneo, Samarinda has a high prevalence of stunted dan wasted children. Therefore, the government set up a program called Pro-Bebaya. This program supports the health ministry program to reduce malnutrition among children through a supplementary food program (PMT). In Sei Keledang district (part of Samarinda) there are several problems regarding the PMT program, like inadequate infrastructure, decrement of posyandu visits, and limitation in monitoring nutrition status. The purpose of this research is to increase understanding of the importance of increasing understanding regarding the processing of instant herbal medicine and raising awareness of the importance of improving skills in the form of training on making good and correct instant herbal medicine in Kemanisan village. The community service method used in this research is in the form of community relations through counseling and health training. The results showed that the knowledge level of the respondents before the training, namely 41,7 %, was in the sufficient category. The respondents' knowledge level after the training was 50% in the good category. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the respondents' knowledge level before and after counseling and training increased their knowledge. In Indonesia, the success treatment rate still below the standard set by WHO. One of the factors contributed to the success treatment rate is patients medication adherence while the factors affected patients medication adherence are patients knowledge, social support and public stigma. Negative stigma on patients TB could be reduced by public education and campaign. This community service was aimed to educate public in order to eliminate negative stigma on TB patients. A total of 82 participants joined the event. 63 of them had filled the stigma questionnaire. The results showed that there was an increase in number of participants who had positive perpective on TB patients. A continuous campaign and public education will reduce the stigmatitation on TB patients. There are 316 million people with impaired glucose tolerance at high risk, an alarming number which is expected to reach 592 million people in 2035. Among the plants that have the potential as anti-diabetic agents are tamarind leaves and saffron plants. This community service activity uses the educational socialization method by conducting counseling and education on how to make tamarind and saffron drinks as anti-diabetic drugs. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge regarding education on the use of tamarind and saffron plants for the people of Tengah Pancur Batu Village. Marketing Clitoria ternatea L. known as Butterfly pea has been recognized for its benefits on health. The high content of anthocyanins, anthocyanidins and flavanols in its flower petals play an important role as an antioxidant. In this era, butterfly pea could be used as various product such as health drink, organics dye, cosmetics, etc. However, a lack information has been delivered to the community. This article reported community service activity conducted in Pondok Pesantren Al-Amanah Sidoarjo Krian that been purposed to increase the students’ knowledge on the benefits of butterfly pea and their skill in making health drink. A total of 114 students joined the event. 77 of them had filled the pre and post event questionnaire assessed knowledge in butterfly pea benefits. The education for making liquid dish soap uses various surfactants, including: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Alkyl Benzene Sulfonate, Cocamido Propyl Betaine. Soap making only mixes the ingredients in a predetermined sequence. The purpose of this education for making liquid dishwashing soap is to provide knowledge and training and reduce public spending on purchasing soap, as well as opportunities to create new business opportunities. Participants are given the opportunity to make their own preparations accompanied by facilitators from trained lecturers and students. There were 30 active participants and were asked to fill in the Pre Test and at the end of the Post Test event, with the results of the analysis showing an increase in good knowledge regarding the uses of various kinds of water and the functions of the several compositions of ingredients used for making liquid soap. Participants were also asked to fill out a questionnaire for activity evaluation. This questionnaire has been tested for validity by comparing the value of r table with the value of rcalculated at significance (0.05), and declared valid because all questions are greater than r table, namely > 0.2673. The reliability test also shows a reliable questionnaire which shows that the value of Cronbach's Alpha is greater than the constant value of 0.823, which is greater than the constant value of 0.600. Evaluation of the activity was based on the total percentage of answers stating "Very good (60.9%)" and "Good (35.0%)", so that it can be seen that participant satisfaction was very high, namely 95.9%. Indonesia currently ranks second highest in the world with TB caseload. TB poses a very complex problem both in terms of medical, as well as social, economic, and cultural aspects. Drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) cases in Sumenep district have been increasing over the past five years. Risk factors for DR-TB cases in Sumenep District are mostly treatment dropouts. The recorded number of DR-TB until October 2023 was 39 people and there were 2 non-compliant patients / dropouts. This will certainly be a public health threat, considering that TB is a contagious disease. An effective strategy in strengthening the response to DR-TB in Sumenep District is community empowerment through the involvement and role of DR-TB survivors. The involvement of survivors of DR-TB is very important in improving treatment adherence through sharing good experiences, education and motivation. This activity is carried out through advocacy methods (audiences), commitment formation meetings and organization and capacity building. This program was carried out for 2 months from planning, implementation and reporting. One of the programs launched by the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) on how to obtain, use, store and dispose of medicines is DAGUSIBU education. This education is intended for all levels of society. The aim of this education is to provide education and understanding to high school students about DAGUSIBU and to see the influence of education on the level of knowledge of high school students. This educational activity began with a pretest to measure high school students' understanding of DAGUSIBU, after which education was carried out using lecture and question and answer methods. At the end of the education, high school students were given a posttest to measure high school students' understanding of DAGUSIBU after being given the education. To see the level of knowledge of high school students, we use the one group pretest-posttest design type of education. The number of educational participants was 173 students. The average level of knowledge of high school students before being given education was 49.93% (Poor) and the average level of knowledge of high school students after education was 72% (Enough). Based on these results, it appears that there is a significant change in knowledge between before and after education. Empirically, the leaves of salamka are used by the Ranoeya Village community as an additional ingredient to add flavor to dishes. Community service activities of LPPM Politeknik Bina Husada and Halu Oleo University as a community empowerment in the context of utilizing bay leaves as snacks for diabetics in Wawotobi District. The potential development of churros snacks as an alternative food has the opportunity to be a very good snack for health that can be consumed by all ages. The method of the activity was carried out by training the making of churros to the Ranoeya village community of 25 people. The activity started from harvesting, wet sorting, dry sorting, drying, cutting and pulverizing bay leaves. Bay leaves were prepared with various concentrations, namely FI (1 g), FII (3 g), and FIII (5 g) and organoleptic evaluation was carried out including color, odor, taste and shape of the preparation. The results showed that Ranoeya villagers were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity. Organoleptic test results showed churros in formula FI were yellow, FII were greenish yellow and FIII were brownish green. The aroma test showed FI, FII and FIII had a distinctive aroma of milk vanilla flavor. The results of the taste test on F1 churros taste in general. F2 has a slightly concentrated bay leaf flavor, F3 has a concentrated bay leaf flavor. The taste test on F1 has the taste of churros in general, F2 is slightly concentrated, and F3 is concentrated. Hardness test on F1, F2 and F3 have good texture. The favorability test showed churros in F1 (90%), B (7%), C (3%). PELATIHAN PRODUKSI PANGAN HALAL DAN THOYYIB SEBAGAI PERSIAPAN SERTIFIKASI HALAL DI SMKN 1 MENGGALA LAMPUNG Siregar, Maruli Sofyaningsih, Mira Linda, Ony Halal, Thoyyib, GMP Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith have stipulated the obligation to consume halal and good food. Traditionally, food is produced from raw materials involving relatively simple processes. However, in the modern era, food products are made through complex processes involving food additives and processing aids that can change their halalnes. The Law number 33 of 2014 about Halal Product Assurance has stipulated that product distributed and traded in Indonesia must be halal certified. SMKN 1 Menggala Lampung has been able to produce various food products processed from fish, vegetables, and fruits. However, these products have not been certified halal. One of the obstacles faced is the lack of understanding of the process and regulations of halal certification such as the use of a new halal logo, self-declare, and Free Halal Certification Program facilitated by BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency). The solution offered is training in the production of halal and thoyyib food products to prepare for halal certification. Training activities begin with coordination activities and pre-test. The training materials consists of two parts: Halal Food Production (The importance of Halal Certification, Halal Certification Procedures, and Introduction to Halal Materials) and Thoyyib Food Production (Good Manufacturing Process). Participants taking part were 30 participants consisting of the principal, 19 subject teachers, and 10 students. After both trainings, all participants take post-test to measure the effectiveness of the training. The results show that 86% participants achieved higher scores. In general, the participants' understanding has improved. It may be concluded that the training was conducted successfully and achieved targets according to plan. Elderly or elderly is someone who is over 55 years old. Elderly people experience various changes both physically, mentally and socially. The elderly are vulnerable to degenerative diseases or non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The high prevalence of NCDs in Indonesia is caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data for 2018 shows that 95.5% of Indonesian people do not consume enough vegetables and fruit. Controlling PTM is important to prevent death. This community service activity was carried out in Gentan Village, Susukan District, Semarang Regency where some elderly people experienced hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol and uric acid (gout). The aim of this empowerment is to improve the health status and knowledge of the community regarding diet, especially the elderly, through complete and free health examinations. The activity method is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The increase in non-communicable diseases, one of which is diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus in adolescents occurs at age ≥ 15 years. So to reduce the risk of early non-communicable diseases in adolescents, pro-health behavior is needed from adolescence through early detection. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding among teenagers about the dangers of diabetes mellitus so that they can adopt a healthy lifestyle and recognize early detection methods that can be used to prevent the disease. The method used in this community service activity is a presentation and discussion about the dangers of diabetes mellitus. To measure the level of participants' understanding regarding the dangers of diabetes mellitus, a pretest and posttest were carried out at the end of the activity. This activity was attended by 35 participants, namely teenagers aged 17-20 years in Rongtengah Sampang Madura. The average pretest score was 53.7 points, while the average posttest score was 72.3 points. These results indicate that there has been an increase in public knowledge about the meaning, risk factors, symptoms and ways to prevent diabetes mellitus. The results showed that after this activity, street vendors have a better understanding of food sanitation and hygiene. This study shows that improving street vendors' food hygiene and sanitation awareness and practices is very important. Sexual violence against children is a widespread problem in various Indonesian provinces and requires preventive measures that can help children avoid sexual violence through both physical and non-physical contact. Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a global concern, with increasing prevalence. Prevention of NCDs needs to be done through health education as an effort to increase public awareness. NCDs are often asymptomatic and without complaints, so health screening is necessary. The aim of this community service program is to detect nutritional status through personal health checks and health education. The health education method is an interactive discussion, using leaflets as media. The results of the health examination showed that 34.7% of the 49 people showed the nutritional status of obesity, 28.6% were overweight and 2% were underweight. EFEKTIVITAS EDUKASI DAN PELATIHAN SENAM KAKI PADA IBU HAMIL DENGAN DIABETES MELITUS Listiana, Eka Fahmi, Faradisa Yuanita Munawaroh, Siti Rini, Sri Hesthi Sonyo Diabetes Senam Kaki Ibu Hamil Abstract: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a condition of glucose intolerance in pregnant women who have not previously been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, resulting in an increase in blood sugar levels during pregnancy (Allehdan, 2019). Gestational diabetes mellitus is a common pregnancy complication and can only be diagnosed at a gestational age of more than 20 weeks. Pregnant women with Miletus diabetes are at risk of gaining weight rapidly and generally also experience complications during the delivery process and are at risk of giving birth to babies with excess weight (macrosomia), giving birth to premature babies or physical disabilities. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) stated that in 2019 it was reported that 86% of pregnancies had diabetes complications, of which 7% were gestational diabetes mellitus (Ningsih, 2019). Efforts can be made to overcome this problem through education and training pregnant women to do diabetes foot exercises. This education aims to increase knowledge and awareness of pregnant women and help pregnant women do exercise, especially gymnastics, to prevent complications of diabetic feet (Amiri, 2021). This community service was carried out at Puri Jatisari Permai Kaliwungu by 15 pregnant women at Puri Jatisari Permai Kaliwungu. This service activity was carried out by 4 lecturers and 5 students. The results show that there are differences in pregnant women's knowledge before and after education. In addition, there is an increase in skills both during training and after training. The need for monitoring and follow-up on activities in the community. The general public is intended to receive information regarding the usage of combined birth control pills from this health promotion. In August and September, events were held at the Kimia Farma Veteran Banjarmasin drugstore. A pretest and posttest are used to evaluate the activities. 26 women, most of whom were in their 21s to 40s and prolific, attended the event. The findings of the pretest, which had an average percentage of accurate answers of 75.34%, and the posttest, which had an average percentage of correct answers of 99.2%, differ from one another. EDUKASI BAHAYA DAN CARA DISPOSAL MINYAK JELANTAH Zulfa, Ilil Maidatuz Used cooking oil Cardiovascular disease Cancer Disposal Used cooking oil has confirmed to be harmful to our health and environtment. In Indonesia, used cooking oil commonly reuse for cooking and dispose directly into the environment. Reusing used cooking oil will increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer and discharging it directly into environment causes water and soil pollution. However, a lack information has been delivered to the community. This article reported community service activity conducted at Desa Pacarkembang Tambaksari Surabaya that has been purposed to increase the community’ knowledge on the dangers and proper disposal of the used cooking oil. A total of 33 participants joined the event. 30 of them had filled the pre and post event questionnaire assessed knowledge in dangers and proper disposal of the used cooking oil. The results showed that there was a rise in number of participants who had positive knowlede on the potential harm and proper disposal method of used cooking oil. A continuous campaign and public education will increase the community knowledge and awareness in maintaining their health and environment. Seorang wanita akan mengalami transisi menopause yang akan menimbulkan gejala. Skrining gejala menopause dilakukan untuk mencatat skor gejala dan membantu menegakkan diagnosis serta menjadi dasar untuk menilai kemanjuran pengobatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menilai gejala menopause serta menjadi pedoman bagi wanita agar dapat berkonsultasi kepada dokter atau profesi kesehatan lain terkait gejala yang dialami oleh wanita. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah wanita berusia 40-55 tahun berjumlah 17 orang. Seluruh gejala menopause dirasakan ringan hingga berat. Gejala menopause yang dirasakan berat adalah jantung berdebar, sulit tidur, pusing, sakit kepala, kesemutan di beberapa bagian tubuh, gangguan saluran perkemihan dan kering pada vagina. UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING MELALUI KEGIATAN GEMA CERDAS (GERAKAN BERSAMA CEGAH GIZI BURUK DAN STUNTING) DI DESA CANDIPURO LUMAJANG Kumalasari, Mei Lina Fitri Shinta, Eka Maya Susanti, Fadillah Mira Budiani, Fanisa Fariddisa, Muhammad Islami, Madinatul Wulandari, Yupita Yulia Kumalasari, Mei Lina Fitri Kecukupan Gizi Stunting Balita Balita yang mengalami kekurangan gizi dalam jangka waktu lama dapat mengalami kegagalan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang biasa disebut dengan stunting. Indonesia sendiri memiliki target menurunkan angka stunting pada angka 14% pada tahun 2024. Pemerintah dan seluruh masyarakat memiliki peran dalam mencapai target tersebut. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode CBR. Tim pengabdian membuat program GEMA CERDAS (gerakan bersama cegah gizi buruk dan stunting) yang dikemas dalam beberapa kegiatan diantaranya, edukasi dan penyuluhan PHBS pada siswa dan masyarakat Desa Candipuro; edukasi stunting pada ibu balita dan kader; pemeriksaan kesehatan pada peserta didik melalui UKS sekolah, dan yang terakhir imunisasi balita. Edukasi secara berkelanjutan dinilai dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk menurunkan angka stunting. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2022 dan memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat yang meliputi remaja, ibu hamil, ibu balita, dan kader posyandu agar dapat mengenali stunting dan mengetahui upaya pencegahannya. Pengelolaan sampah oleh pemerintah belum berjalan dengan baik, kurang maksimalnya pengelolaan menjadikan sampah tidak memiliki nilai. Di sisi lain masyarakat kurang memiliki kesadaran untuk mengelola sampah , sehingga nilai guna dari sampah itu sendiri tidak ada. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan mengajak masyarakat meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya mengelola sampah secara mandiri atau kelompok, terutama sampah organik rumah tangga melalui pembuatan eco enzim. Eco enzim merupakan larutan fermentasi dari limbah organik, dengan sejuta manfaat. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah ibu PKK desa Anggana, Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dilanjutkan demonstrasi pembuatan eco enzim. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap eco enzim. Lidah buaya dapat digunakan untuk membuat sabun yang dapat membunuh bakteri dan melembutkan kulit. Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakatkali ini adalah untuk memberikan workshop dan informasi tentang bahaya bahan kimia dan cara pembuatan sabun dari lidah buaya sebagai antiseptik alami. Kegiatan dilakukan di daerah Gubeng Surabaya dengan 32 peserta. Setelah dilakukan pretest dan posttest, data diolah secara statistik dan didapatkan Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 (<0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan antara nilai pretest dan posttest artinya dapat dikatakan bahwa pemaparan materi mempengaruhi wawasan warga. Cedera olahraga dapat dibagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu cedera ringan, cedera sedang, dan cedera berat. Sprain ankle merupakan cedera yang paling sering terjadi dalam olahraga tergantung pada tingkat partipasi dalam olahraga tertentu. untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa-siswi SMA 11 Samarinda tentang pencegahan dan penanganan sprain ankle. Metode yang dipilih pada kegiatan Metode pada pelaksanaan penyuluhan ini yaitu pre test, ceramah, diskusi atau tanya jawab, demonstrasi atau praktek dan post test, penggunaan media proyektor (LCD) serta leaflet. Hasil pada kegiatan ini setalah dilakukan menggunakan lembar post-test dimana tingkat pemahaman meningkat dari hasil post test. Kegiatan ini melibatkan edukasi tentang malaria dari perspektif biologi molekuler, dampak negatifnya, dan solusi berbasis sumber daya lokal. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi teoretis, demonstrasi pembuatan lilin ramah lingkungan, serta evaluasi dengan kuesioner dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang manfaat lidah buaya, keterampilan praktis dalam membuat lilin aromaterapi, dan inspirasi untuk memulai usaha berbasis produk lokal. Dengan bahan biodegradable, lilin ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengusir nyamuk tetapi juga pengharum ruangan. Salah satu penyebab stunting pada balita adalah kurangnya asupan nutrisi, terutama energi, protein, zat besi, zink, dan kalsium. Upaya untuk meningkatkan status gizi dapat dilakukan melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi, seperti pemberian biskuit sebagai makanan pendamping. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh LPPM Politeknik Bina Husada Kendari dan Universitas Halu Oleo merupakan bentuk kerja sama dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan daun tawaloho dan jamur tiram dalam bentuk biskuit sebagai bahan cemilan sehat untuk mencegah stunting di Desa Amaroa, Kabupaten Konawe. Pembuatan biskuit sebagai cemilan memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan makanan tambahan pencegah stunting bagi balita. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui pembuatan biskuit pada masyarakat Desa Amaroa sebanyak 30 orang. Kegiatan dilakukan dimulai dari pemanenan, sortasi basah, sortasi kering, pengeringan, pemotongan dan penghalusan daun tawaloho dan jamur tiram. Selanjutnya dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi yaitu FA (1 g), FB (3 g), dan FC (5 g) lalu dilakukan pengujian organoleptik, kesukaan, kekerasan dan keseragaman bobot. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Amaroa memiliki antusias yang tinggi berpartisipasi mengukuti kegiatan sampai selesai. Pada  pengujian organoleptik, biskuit pada formula FA, FB dan FC berwarna kuning kecoklatan, bau khas susu, dan memiliki rasa yang renyah. Uji kekerasan dan keseragaman bobot pada FA, FB dan FC memiliki tekstur biskuit dengan berat yang seragam. Uji kesukaan menunjukkan biskuit pada FA(100%), FB(100%), dan FC(100%). Sebagai kesimpulan bahwa daun tawalowo dan jamur tiram dapat diformulasikan dalam bentuk biskuit dan dimanfaatkan sebagai cemilan pencegah stunting di Desa Amaroa Kabupaten Konawe. Edukasi Obat Analgesik kepada Ibu-ibu Dasa Wisma RW 06 Kelurahan Ciracas Jakarta Timur Chusun Poppy, Indrianti Sri, Istikayati Nur Analgesic Education, Pain/ Fever Obat Analgesik atau pereda nyeri merupakan salah satu jenis obat yang paling sering digunakan masyarakat untuk mengatasi nyeri ringan hingga sedang, seperti sakit kepala, nyeri otot, nyeri akibat demam. Kemudahan akses untuk mendapatkan obat Analgesik yang termasuk dalam obat bebas maupun obat bebas terbatas, seringkali diikuti dengan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap penggunaan yang tepat, dan dapat menjadi potensi terjadinya hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Edukasi tentang obat Analgesik, merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Ibu-ibu Dasa Wisma tentang cara penggunaan, efek samping dan dosis yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus pada saat penggunaan obat Analgesik. Edukasi diikuti oleh 30 orang peserta yang berasal dari Ibu-ibu Dasa Wisma RW 06 Kelurahan Ciracas – Jakarta Timur. Edukasi ini diawali dengan brain storming dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi secara interaktif yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi/ tanya jawab. Pada acara edukasi ini juga dilakukan Pre test dan Post test yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan daring via Zoom kepada 36 partisipan. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dengan pretest untuk mengukur pemahaman awal, diikuti pemaparan materi interaktif tentang teknologi kesehatan dan aplikasi Halodoc, serta sesi tanya jawab untuk klarifikasi. Posttest menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata menjadi 67,5% (Cukup baik), meski masih ada 27,8% (Perlu perhatian) partisipan dengan nilai di bawah 60. Hasilnya menunjukkan 82,05% partisipan memiliki pengalaman positif dengan aplikasi kesehatan digital. Diskusi tentang keamanan data dan potensi aplikasi kesehatan digital di masa depan menunjukkan semangat kritikal partisipan. Webinar ini sukses meningkatkan wawasan partisipan tentang aplikasi kesehatan digital, siap berkontribusi dalam pengembangan inovasi kesehatan di masa depan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan eco enzim melalui beberapa tahap yang mencakup persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi bagi ibu-ibu PKK Desa Tanjung Limau, Muara Badak Kalimantan Timur. Kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, workshop praktik, dan pembagian booklet edukatif. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan edukasi teoritis, tetapi juga membekali siswa dengan keterampilan praktis dalam pemanfaatan tanaman obat. Efektivitas kegiatan diukur melalui pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan data tidak normal (p = 0,000), sehingga dilanjutkan dengan uji Wilcoxon yang menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p = 0,001). Rata-rata nilai pre-test adalah 7,1 ± 0,94 dan post-test 7,5 ± 0,96. Workshop melibatkan edukasi mengenai penyebab dan gejala hipertensi, serta pelatihan langsung pembuatan jus herbal yang berpotensi sebagai antihipertensi. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan antara lain melon, belimbing wuluh, serai, lemon, daun mint, dan madu, yang dikenal memiliki efek farmakologis terhadap tekanan darah. PENDAMPINGAN PENGELOLAAN SENSUS HARIAN PADA PELAPORAN RUMAH SAKIT Sutrisno, Trismianto Asmo Pujihastuti, Antik The Daily Hospital Census, Hospital Reporting. Sensus harian rumah sakit adalah kegiatan rutin untuk mencatat jumlah pasien yang dilayani di unit rawat inap, gawat darurat dan rawat jalan selama 24 jam. Sensus harian merupakan data penting dalam manajemen pelayanan kesehatan dan digunakan untuk membuat laporan harian rawat inap, Sensus harian digunakan sebagai alat  pengumpulan data sensus dari bangsal ke unit rekam medis dilakukan setiap kali setelah selesai pelayanan. Sensus harian pasien  adalah kegiatan pencatatan atau perhitungan pasien yang di lakukan setiap hari pada setiap instalasi. Oleh karena itu, Pencatatan sensus harian di rumah sakit sudah dapat dilakukan pengisian dan rekapitulasi dari SIMRS yang berlaku di RS, Namun tidak semua SIMRS mampu menghasilkan data hasil  penghitungan yang relevan dan dapat digunakan secara langsung dalam penyusunan pelaporan SIRS Revisi VI sehingga petugas pelaporan harus melakukan penghitungan ulang dikarenakan adanya ketidaksesuaian hasil output dari SIMRS. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi output laporan  dari SIMRS terkait sensus harian yang hasilnya belum sesuai dengan rumus yang seharusnya dan belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelaporan pada SIRS Revisi VI. Melalui kegiatan ini petugas pelaporan mendapat suatu gambaran pengolahan data dari sensus harian yang dapat dimanfaatkan secara langsung ke SIRS Revisi VI. EDUKASI TERKAIT PENCEGAHAN DIABETES MELLITUS PADA ANAK USIA DINI DI SDN CIPINANG BESAR SELATAN 13 JAKARTA TIMUR Meryta, Aries Widiyanto, Rahmat Fionalita, Melva Artika Putri, Novi Diabetes Melitus, Pre-test, Post-test, Pencegahan Dini, Kuesioner Diabetes melitus menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia karena prevalensi dan insiden penyakit ini terus meningkat, baik di negara industri maupun negara berkembang, termasuk juga Indonesia. Data Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa 55,7% kasus DM pada kelompok usia ini merupakan tipe 1, sementara 44,3% responden tidak mengetahui jenis diabetes yang mereka derita, menandakan rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap penyakit ini. Edukasi sejak usia dini menjadi langkah preventif penting dalam menekan angka kejadian DM di masa depan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai pencegahan dini diabetes melitus melalui kegiatan penyuluhan di SDN Cipinang Besar Selatan 13 Pagi, Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif serta pemberian kuesioner pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, dengan 81,82% siswa memperoleh nilai baik setelah penyuluhan. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai pencegahan diabetes melitus sejak usia dini dan menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah merupakan strategi efektif dalam promosi kesehatan anak. PEMANFAATAN FLASHCARDS PNEUMONIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG INFEKSI SALURAN PERNAPASAN AKUT PADA SISWA SMK GLOBAL SWADAYA SCHOOL Nofrika, Vony Aisyah, Siti Adelia Pramesty, Dessy Bila, Salsa Yana Adelia, Defi Anindya, Fita ISPA, pneumonia, flashcard, edukasi kesehatan, remaja Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA), khususnya pneumonia, masih menjadi penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas pada anak dan remaja di Indonesia. Tingkat pengetahuan yang rendah mengenai gejala dan pencegahan penyakit ini mendorong perlunya edukasi kesehatan yang interaktif dan sesuai dengan gaya belajar remaja. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan media flashcard sebagai alat bantu edukasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai ISPA. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui penyuluhan kesehatan di SMK Farmasi Swadaya Global School dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test terhadap 76 siswa kelas  X dan XI. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam tingkat pengetahuan siswa setelah edukasi menggunakan flashcard. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada aspek pengenalan jenis ISPA, dengan rata-rata kenaikan skor mencapai 51,3%. Temuan ini mendukung efektivitas penggunaan media visual interaktif seperti flashcard sebagai metode edukasi yang efisien dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan remaja. Harapan yang akan dicapai adalah metode ini dapat diadopsi secara luas dalam upaya promotif dan preventif penyakit menular di kalangan pelajar. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of residents of Mulawarman Village, Tenggarong Seberang District, Kutai Kartanegara regarding the wise use of antibiotics and proper drug management through the socialization of the DAGUSIBU (Get, Use, Save, Dispose) program. The method used was counseling and socialization using PowerPoint media and brochures which was carried out on August 14, 2025, with evaluation of participant understanding using pre-tests and post-tests. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in knowledge, where the average level of participant understanding increased from 45.45% in the pre-test to 54.55% in the post-test. This proves that direct socialization and education are effective in increasing public health literacy as a preventive effort to suppress the rate of antibiotic resistance at the community level. Limited public knowledge regarding risk factors and preventive measures contributes to suboptimal gout management. This community service activity aimed to improve community knowledge on the prevention and management of gout through education on healthy dietary patterns and lifestyle modification. The activity employed a one-group design with health education delivered through interactive lectures, discussions, and educational media, conducted in the Tenggilis Mejoyo area, Surabaya. Knowledge evaluation was carried out using pretest and posttest questionnaires consisting of ten questions assessing understanding of gout, risk factors, high-purine foods, and the role of diet and lifestyle in gout prevention. The results showed an improvement in participants’ knowledge after the educational intervention. Prior to the activity, most participants had low (56.3 percent) and moderate (34.4 percent) knowledge levels; following the intervention, the proportion of participants with low knowledge decreased to 18.8 percent, while moderate and good knowledge levels increased to 53.1 percent and 28.1 percent, respectively. Participants also demonstrated better understanding of high-purine foods, the importance of physical activity, and sustainable gout management. In conclusion, community-based health education is effective as a promotive and preventive approach to improving public knowledge on gout prevention and management. PENATALAKSANAAN TERAPI MUROTAL UNTUK PENCEGAHAN STRES DAN MENGURANGI INSOMNIA PADA JAMAAH MUSLIMAH Mardliyah Ardiyanti, Yulia Munawaroh, Siti Yuliana, Alvi Ratna Terapi Murotal, Stress, Insomnia Stress and sleep disturbances, particularly insomnia, are common problems experienced by adult women and can negatively affect physical and psychological well-being. One non-pharmacological intervention that is easy to apply and culturally acceptable among Muslim communities is murotal therapy. This community service activity aimed to provide education and implement murotal therapy as an effort to prevent stress and reduce insomnia among Muslim women at  Masjid Rabiatul Adawiyah Kalisoka Tegal. The activity was conducted on October 20, 2024, involving approximately 78 Muslim women participants. The methods used included health education, demonstration, and guided practice of murotal therapy. The results showed that participants were able to understand the benefits of murotal therapy and demonstrated enthusiasm in practicing the therapy independently. Participants also reported feeling more relaxed and experiencing improved sleep quality after the intervention. This community service activity concluded that murotal therapy can be applied as a complementary intervention to help prevent stress and reduce insomnia among Muslim women. This activity was conducted through collaboration between STIKES ISFI Banjarmasin as the academic partner, PT Naturindo Fresh as the training venue and herbal garden facility, and CV Naturonal Creatama Indonesia as the implementing entity. The training aimed to increase participants’ knowledge and skills on aromatherapy foundations, essential oil safety, blending techniques, and product formulation in the form of roll-on and herbal serum. Using a one-group pretest–posttest design, participants joined theoretical sessions, herbal garden tours, factory production observations, and practical formulation activities. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge, ranging from 92–96% across all evaluated components. The program effectively enhanced practical formulation skills and provided potential opportunities for small-scale entrepreneurship in aromatherapy-based products. This community service activity aims to assess the effectiveness of health education in improving students' knowledge of the rational use of antibiotics at Samarinda Health Vocational School. The methods used included interactive lectures, discussions, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests using closed-ended questionnaires. The activity was carried out offline on October 15, 2025, involving 11th grade students. The results showed an increase in student knowledge after the education, with a statistically significant difference in pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.001). This indicates that health education is effective in increasing student understanding and awareness of the dangers of antibiotic resistance as an early prevention effort in the school environment. Reporting of adverse drug reactions by healthcare workers in Indonesia is still relatively low, so technical guidance is needed for healthcare workers in healthcare facilities to improve their knowledge and awareness in reporting adverse drug reactions. The activity was attended by 45 healthcare workers from community health centers and hospitals in the North Sulawesi region. The implementation was carried out in a hybrid manner, with face-to-face meetings and online via the Zoom meeting platform. Materials covered the importance of pharmacovigilance and understanding of adverse drug reactions (KTD/ESO) for healthcare workers, the application of pharmacovigilance in reporting adverse drug reactions in healthcare facilities, and the practice of inputting adverse drug reactions into the e-meso application. The average pretest score of participants was 74.4, reflecting a fairly good level of initial understanding. After receiving the educational materials, the average posttest score increased to 95.6, indicating a significant increase in participants' understanding of pharmacovigilance material. The average score difference (gain) reached 21.1 points, indicating a positive impact of this activity on increasing participants' knowledge. A further impact of this activity was an increase in the number of reports of drug side effects from healthcare workers who participated in the technical guidance. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam melakukan pemantauan status gizi serta keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai obesitas menjadi tantangan dalam upaya pencegahan obesitas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap risiko obesitas melalui implementasi aplikasi skrining Indeks Massa Tubuh (BMI) dan edukasi kefarmasian. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 Juni 2026 di Desa Tambakmenjangan, Kabupaten Lamongan dengan melibatkan 35 peserta wanita. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemberian pre-test, pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan, skrining BMI menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web, edukasi kefarmasian, diskusi interaktif, serta evaluasi melalui post-test. Hasil skrining menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 48,5% peserta berada pada kategori overweight dan obesitas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan peserta dari 62,3 pada pre-test menjadi 88,9 pada post-test. Peningkatan pengetahuan juga terlihat pada seluruh indikator pertanyaan, terutama mengenai pemahaman perhitungan dan interpretasi BMI. Dengan demikian, implementasi aplikasi skrining BMI yang dikombinasikan dengan edukasi kefarmasian dapat meningkatkan literasi kesehatan masyarakat, kemampuan melakukan pemantauan status gizi secara mandiri, serta kesadaran terhadap pencegahan obesitas. Based on WHO studies, in 2015 about 2.3 billion adolescents aged 15 years and over were overweight and of these, more than 700 million were obese. Objective: This counseling activity aims to increase the understanding and awareness of SMA Negeri 1 Sukatani students regarding the importance of maintaining ideal body weight and being able to know and utilize herbal plants to reduce and maintain ideal body weight. Methods: Counseling is carried out by presenting material about the dangers of obesity and weight loss herbal plants and conducting demonstrations of making processed herbal weight loss plants. The activity was carried out for 120 minutes, consisting of 10 minutes of pretest, 60 minutes of material delivery and question and answer session, 40 minutes of demonstration and then ended with a 10-minute posttest. Results: Based on the evaluation results using the pretest method before carrying out the activity, the overall average value obtained by the students was 74.35% and based on the posttest results after carrying out the activity, the overall average value obtained by the students was 93.48%. This shows that counseling activities can increase the knowledge of participants very significantly. Conclusion: Participants' knowledge about the dangers of obesity and weight loss herbal plants increased after education on the use of herbal plants to maintain ideal body weight. PELAKSANAAN SKRINING KESEHATAN DAN EDUKASI PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR PADA BONEK PESERTA NONTON BARENG DI LAPANGAN BRANJANGAN SURABAYA Azizah, Fitrotin Mardiyah, Siti Ariana, Diah Kartikorini, Nastiti Samsudin, Rinza Rahmawati Budiman, Waras Skrining Kesehatan Glukosa Darah Acak Hipertensi Diabetes Melitus Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM), khususnya hipertensi dan diabetes melitus, merupakan penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia. Sebagian besar penderita tidak menyadari kondisi kesehatannya karena penyakit berkembang tanpa gejala. Oleh karena itu, skrining kesehatan dan edukasi merupakan upaya penting dalam deteksi dini PTM. Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat melalui skrining tekanan darah dan glukosa darah acak disertai edukasi kesehatan pada komunitas Bonek. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 April 2025 di Lapangan Branjangan Surabaya dengan sasaran peserta nonton bareng (nobar) Bonek. Kegiatan meliputi registrasi, pemeriksaan tekanan darah menggunakan tensimeter digital, pemeriksaan glukosa darah acak menggunakan glukometer, dilanjutkan edukasi mengenai pencegahan hipertensi dan diabetes melitus. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sebanyak 25 peserta mengikuti kegiatan, terdiri atas 14 laki-laki (56%) dan 11 perempuan (44%) dengan rata-rata usia 34,44±11,70 tahun. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan 68% peserta mengalami prahipertensi, 16% hipertensi, dan hanya 16% dengan tekanan darah normal. Pemeriksaan glukosa darah acak menunjukkan 72% peserta berada pada kategori normal dan 28% memiliki kadar glukosa ≥140 mg/dL yang memerlukan pemeriksaan lanjutan. Edukasi kesehatan mendapat respons positif dari peserta dan meningkatkan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya pemeriksaan kesehatan secara berkala. STANDARISASI DAN MANAJEMEN PENGELOLAAN KOTAK P3K DI SEKOLAH MELALUI PROGRAM SIAGA UKS Supriningrum, Risa Oktavia Ramadhani, Oktavia Ramadhani Naailah Zalfa, Naailah Zalfa UKS, SIAGA, Kotak P3K The SIAGA UKS community service programme aims to improve the quality of school health facility management through education on standardising the contents of first-aid kits, a medicines management system to prevent expiry, and the enhancement of practical skills among UKS staff. The activity took place in May 2026 at SMAN 8 Samarinda with 32 Year 10 pupils participating. The methods used included interactive lectures using PowerPoint presentations, hands-on demonstrations of the use of portable diagnostic test kits, and assessment via pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in the students’ understanding, with all participants (100 per cent) able to answer the post-test questions correctly, particularly regarding the indicator for restricted-use medicines. The independent demonstration sessions successfully boosted the students’ confidence in using medical equipment hygienically. A continuous education programme is recommended to maintain first-aid readiness in schools. OPTIMALISASI MANAJEMEN OBAT PENYAKIT KRONIS MELALUI PROGRAM PENA KRONIS BERBASIS PENDAMPINGAN PILLBOX PADA IBU PEMBERDAYAAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA (PKK) SKALA RUMAH TANGGA Nanda, Siti Jubaidah Sintariyani, Sintariyani Hazida, Nurul Anugerah, Annur Wanda Thisya Azhar, Argya Fawwazi Usfuriyah, Nur Iswatun Faujan, Muhammad Iqbal Pena Kronis, Manajemen Obat, Pillbox, PKK Chronic diseases require long term treatment therefore, medication adherence is crucial for preventing complications. However, the knowledge held by the community specifically members of the Family Welfare and Empowerment (PKK) program—regarding medication management and the use of pillboxes remains limited. This community service activity aimed to enhance the knowledge of PKK members concerning chronic diseases, proper medication use, pillbox utilization, and adherence to medication management at the household level. The methods employed included interactive education, discussions, demonstrations, practical pillbox usage exercises, and evaluations via pre-tests and post-tests. The activity was conducted in Pelita Urban Village, Samarinda City,  involving 21 PKK members. The results demonstrated an increase in participants' knowledge following the educational session. In the pre-tests, only 50% of participants understood chronic diseases, 60% recognized the importance of long-term treatment, and 30% understood the function of a pillbox. Following the education, all participants (100%) understood chronic diseases, proper medication use, and the function and usage of pillboxes. Thus, the PENA KRONIS program based on pillbox assisted management was effective in increasing PKK members' knowledge regarding chronic disease medication management and holds the potential to improve medication adherence at the household level.
